Since cafés and their outdoor seating areas are closed, the residents of this house chose to enjoy their beers on the pavement.

Just to make the situation clear for others, these students wrote ‘housemates!’ on the façade. “It’s been up there for a year now, it does get the message across!”

The Kralingse Plas attracted a huge crowd, with large groups of students who briefly seemed to forget that there’s a pandemic going on.
