Onto the mat: Ferayed tries Brazilian Jiu jitsu
How talented are you at falling down? Or, more accurately, how well can you be thrown to the ground and then free your neck from the hold of your opponent? Our reporter Ferayed Hok sacrificed himself as a test subject at the Brazilian Jiu jitsu class at Erasmus Sport.
After the relatively safe experience of boxing, this time something completely different awaited him. Jiu Jitsu coach Daniël de Groot (read also the interview with De Groot) shows Ferayed his ‘arts’.
