Besides eating tuna sandwiches, enjoying a beer or playing FIFA, you can also do real sports at Erasmus Sport. For example, fitness, squash or indoor football, but you can also take part in various group classes. The sports centre’s timetable has lots of classes like power pump, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling and even cheerleading! But what do all these classes involve?
The possibly least sporty EM reporter, Ferayed Hok, went to find out. In this first episode, the medical student takes part in the best known martial art: boxing.
