New artwork arrived in Park Noord
Tuesday it finally happened. The first part of the new artwork ‘Der Stein des Weisen’ was installed in Park Noord on the campus of the Erasmus University. EM spoke to Anne Clement-van Vugt from Art Affairs about this remarkable work of art. Watch the video below.
The second part of the work of artist Kathrin Schlegel, the historical pedestal of the Erasmus statue that used to be in the square in front of the Laurenskerk, will arrive next week. The official unveiling of ‘Der Stein des Weisen’ will take place on the morning of the Opening of the Academic Year 2018-2019 and is part of the celebration of the 21st lustrum of the EUR.
