Three students arrested at house party after attacking police
Police detained three students at a house party on Wildeveenstraat in Kralingen on Friday night. They allegedly scolded and assaulted police officers.

Around 1.00 am, the police received several reports that the partying students were causing a disturbance. Two officers responded.
The officers spoke to the resident, who turned down the volume of the music. A group of seventeen students then turned against the officers, the police wrote. The students started scolding and attacking the officers. The police sent a dog towards the students and used truncheons. According to the students, filming bystanders were attacked by the police. Both students and officers were slightly injured. No one needed to go to hospital.
Three students were detained. It is not clear whether they have been released since.
