Home worker Pinar Coskun: ‘Dress well, who knows, maybe a nice postman would ring the doorbell’
With her tips, Pinar hopes to prevent us from ‘going crazy’ during these stressful times. Her first tip is yoga. Pinar has been practising yoga for a long time. Usually she did it every other day. “But now every day, I start my morning with half an hour to 45-minute yoga,” she says.
Breakfast is number two. “For me, a good breakfast means a good start to the day.” She then dresses nicely. “No slobber sweater! I don’t dress up thinking ‘I’m home and I don’t see anyone anyway’. Well, who knows, maybe today a nice postman rings the doorbell,” she jokes. Her last tip is to maintain (online) social contact with people. “Like other colleagues, I zoom with people I work with every day,” she says. “Not only for work, but also for the fun of it.”
