Man licks student and steals her ring
A student from Rotterdam was groped and robbed on the Willem Ruyslaan in Kralingen on Monday evening. Suddenly a man started licking her hand, regional news broadcaster RTV Rijnmond reports. The man also made sexually explicit remarks.

The student ran away. Only later she noticed that her ring was missing. She has filed a police report. Later on, the police have arrested a 56-year-old man. The incident is being investigated.
