See-through crop tops and hot pants: Unusual fashion choices on campus
How should students and staff dress on campus? EM turned to readers to ask about campus appropriate fashion, and it seems that comfort takes precedence over fashion.

Among the staff is a preference to be overdressed rather than underdressed. “I think I’ll choose overdressed after all. Colleagues won’t really appreciate undressed”, Rob jokes about the typo in our call for your opinions.
Pet peeves
Yet people have a few fashion pet peeves around campus. Cowboy boots, sweatpants, miniskirts and crop tops are mentioned as the culprits of campus appropriated fashion crime.
A student notices the ‘odd clothing’ choices some students make. The ‘half-naked’ look: pulling off a mini skirt during winter and clothing pieces such as see-through crop tops and hot pants are some examples. “The crazier you dress, the worse impression you give to people”, writes a commenter.
