In Memoriam Simge Örs
Simge died as a result of a fatal accident on the A2 motorway near Nieuwegein on Wednesday evening 23 December. Simge was transferred to Turkey where she was buried in a small family circle on Tuesday December 29.

Simge will leave an empty spot in the groups of the courses Professionele ontwikkeling and Onderzoekproject, and will not take her place in the courses that start in the second semester.
We have set up a memorial room in the Van der Goot building, room M1-09. Everyone is welcome there every day between 9 am and 7 pm, subject to the Corona rules, to leave a message and/or burn a candle in her memory.
Our thoughts are with her family and friends. We also wish Simge’s fellow students who, for example, were in workgroups with her, a lot of strength to bear this loss.
