EM TV newsflash: International Psychology halved, staff stressed and new ramp to Erasmus building
Every week an overview of the most important news about the Erasmus University. This week: The international bachelor’s in Psychology has to halve the intake of new students from two hundred to a hundred. This is a result of the government’s plan to put the brake on internationalisation. International Psychology has already reduced the student intake by a hundred last year.
Also, almost 60 per cent of staff experiences work stress according to this year’s employee satisfaction survey. Many mention their workload as the biggest issue. And the ramp next to the Erasmus building has been officially opened. It’s part of a plan to make the campus more accessible.
