EM TV newsflash: Measures against antisemitism, EUR’s own ChatGPT and a positive review from NVAO
Every week an overview of the most important news about the Erasmus University. This week: The university is taking measures against antisemitism after a report from the Taskforce on Combating Antisemitism concluded that many Jewish students and staff feel unsafe at universities. Confidential counsellors will receive training to better recognise discrimination, and reports to Safe@EUR that relate to geopolitical tensions will be recorded separately.
Also, staff can now use the university’s own AI tool use Desidera and has a good review from the NVAO, the organisation that assesses the quality of education in the Netherlands and Flanders.
