EM TV newsflash: Non-European tuition fees double, Liberi Erasmi wins and free online therapy
Every week an overview of the most important news about the Erasmus University. This week: Tuition fees for non-European students have more than doubled over the past five years at most faculties. And for 2027, the university now proposes to raise it by another 9 percent.
Also: Liberi Erasmi has won the elections for University Council this year. The right-wing conservative student party got four out of twelve seats. Competitor OUR Erasmus also gained four seats but received slightly fewer votes. And coaching platform OpenUp is now also available to students. They can get four free online therapy sessions.
