Exam pet peeves: ‘Everything becomes an exam, is this graded?’
You’re either in the middle of exam season, emotionally recovering from one, or mentally preparing for the upcoming storm. And those hectic times also bring a lot of annoyances: “Everyone feeds off each other’s negative energy.”
A to-do list that constantly looms in the back of your head, the desperate feeling of trying to focus, the lack of sleep, and the constant time pressure. Exam season is not for the weak. “My head is so full. Everything becomes an exam”, a stressed student in Polak rants. “Like, you’re asking me questions right now, is this graded?”, she jokes. Another student sighs: “Professors seem to have a biological thing where they sync up for deadlines.”
