EM TV newsflash: Israeli sociologist, fire safety and student societies
Every week an overview of the most important news about the Erasmus University. This week: The Erasmus Love Lab cancelled a lecture by an Israeli sociologist because of her affiliation with Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Erasmus University has cut institutional ties with this university, but individual collaborations are still allowed. In other news, the fire safety for ten buildings on campus wasn’t up to standards for months in 2024 and the membership numbers of traditional student societies keeps declining.
