A critical tweet about America, anti-Israel posts on social media, an ‘x’ as gender marker in your passport. According to the university, such things may lead to additional checks or even denial of entry to the United States. Social media accounts are also screened: you are required to sign a consent form allowing US authorities access to your login details, which could include your private messages.
