Chayenne, Lotte, Elzahra, and Fien aim to re-think the role medical students have in society
“As students of medicine and later as physicians, we have a responsibility that goes beyond the hospital”, Lotte, one of the board members of GIDS, explains. In the past year, the student organisation has initiated numerous campaigns in the city of Rotterdam that range from aiding Ukrainian refugees with their resumes to CPR lessons in community centers.
