Thursday live: EM TV about landlord trouble
Holes in the floor, the heating is not working, the landlord suddenly increases the rent or terminates your permanent contract. Renting out rooms is subject to strict rules in the Netherlands, but not all students know what their rights are. In EM TV, Suzanne Schuitemaker of the Dutch Housing Association (Woonbond) discusses how to tackle issues with your landlord. Watch EM TV on Thursday to find out what your rights are as a tenant.
