EM TV: ‘Hopefully D66 will bring more attention to work pressure at universities’
According to Bakker, ‘job crafting’ and ‘playful work design’ are useful coping mechanisms to keep up work spirit. But both he and Schelvis agree: a structural solution to work pressure would be better. More political attention is needed for that, says Bakker in the broadcast. He is hopeful that the the election victory of D66 could provide for that.
