Erasmus TV: Music to help you through the crisis
Juliana Boboshko and Varvara Porechenkova (both students Communication and Media) are regular fixtures at the traditional Open Stage Night of Studium Generale. Now that those evenings are all cancelled, SG has initiated Music Monday, a – sort of – digital version.
The two Russian students are both singers, but they have never performed together before. In the Monday episode of Erasmus TV, they did for the first time: they performed the song Don’t Stop Believing (from the tv series Glee). Furthermore, Frederieke Hoitink of SG talked about the Music Monday initiative, in which musicians perform a song at home and film and share it on SG’s instagram.
Erasmus TV is aired every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 9.00 a.m. via the Facebook page of the Erasmus University. In the talkshow we will keep you informed about the latest corona measures and tell you about interesting and fun initiatives. Hosts: Tessa Hofland and Imad el Kaka. (Monday 13 April no broadcast because of Easter Monday)
