Students can skip classes for climate strike
The Executive Board supports the national climate strike, as stated at the MyEUR intranet on Thursday. Students and staff will get the opportunity to participate in the demonstration for the climate in The Hague tomorrow. Students do have to make agreements themselves with their lecturers because the planned educational activities will continue as usual.
Sustainability initiatives by EUR students, the Sustainability Hub and the Post Plastic Generation, have created a Facebook event to travel together to The Hague. The strike will take place at the Koekamp and start at 1 pm. The national climate strike is part of the international Global Climate Strikes.

Smart move from uni to only publish this announcement today! Leaving almost no time for students to get in contact with their teacher / lecturer.
Mine answered immediately saying it was not her to decide but the Examination Board who says its not there’s.And now she doesn’t answer.
Great
