Student house Thrymheim: ‘Our parents don’t use this toilet’
Bart, Wouter, Arthur, Bram and Mark are five of the seven residents of Thrymheim. They do different studies, but they are all members of the Skadi rowing club.
The house looks as if many generations of rowers have lived here. It’s filled with antique stuffs: a boat on the ceiling, huge oars as curtain rails, Varsity flags from many universities on the wall, and a small but special statue of the goddess Skadi.
During a pleasant tour of the house, we noticed that Mark is a big fan of Lord of the Rings, Bram has a preference for old paintings and they have remarkable wall decorations in the toilet. Watch the video here:
