Into the gym: Ferayed joining the BBB class
With classes in full swing and physical movement being put on the back burner, it was time to sweat for our occasional sportsman Ferayed. The editorial team sent him to the BBB class at Erasmus Sport. The abbreviation stands for ‘Buik, Billen, Benen’ – Belly, Buttocks and Legs. There’s only one thing missing in the BBB class: the guys!
