Rotterdam is a wonderful place to live in and the students at Erasmus University Rotterdam endorse that. So it’s not surprising that over half of the students in the port city of Rotterdam decide to stay in Rotterdam or move there.
In all, 53.4 percent of the students live in the city, according to the calculations of NU.nl based on statistics obtained from the Education Executive Agency (DUO). At NU.nl, you can also see which provinces and cities your fellow students come from and how Rotterdam compares with other student cities.
Previously, the news site calculated that over half of students in Rotterdam continue to live at home while they are studying.
