Dies Natalis Sports Week: Legs, Bums and Tums

Juf Conny geeft het goede voorbeeld.
‘Grapevine, large V-step, rumble.’ Join an aerobics class for the first time and you’ll find yourself at a loss to comprehend the terminology at first. But once you’ve mastered the jargon, you’ll be teaching your dreaded legs, bum and tum that lesson they so richly deserve.
It was even more fun than usual yesterday afternoon, because there was a mini percussion band in attendance, whose members jumped along with Miss Conny while playing their drums. At least thirty female students – and, sadly, just the one gent – availed themselves of the opportunity to try out Miss Conny’s Leg, Bums and Tums Aerobics class as part of Sports Dies. After ten minutes, we all knew the terminology and we all had fun sweating and teaching our bodies a well-deserved lesson.
