‘Is your computer also really slow?’ Fill in the EM questionnaire!
Upgrading the computer workstations at Erasmus University hasn’t run entirely smoothly. The new @wEURk workstations were installed last year, and everything went well at first.
Since January however, the ICT-department has faced a barrage of complaints relating to the speed of workstations and the network.
EM would like to know how many staff and students have experienced problems with the computers at Erasmus University. Therefore, we would like to invite you to fill out a short survey from EM. Even if you’ve only had positive experiences, we would still like to hear from you!
Serious complaints can – only with your explicit permission – be referred immediately to the ICT department on your behalf. You can of course, also choose to respond anonymously.
Fill out the questionnaire now. It will only take few minutes. ES
(The survey is bilingual / De enquête is tweetalig)
