Elmer Smaling
Deputy editor-in-chief
Elmer Smaling is deputy editor-in-chief. He is a regular reporter for the University Council and specialises in stories about freedom and safety on campus. He also does final editing and mentors talented students in their journalistic work. He is also responsible for the development of the EM website.
