What to expect?

Kick off the well-being week with a refreshing ice bath or make your own smoothie while cycling. To further develop and expand your skills, we have several workshops on the program, including flow, dealing with conflict, resilience, journaling, self-confidence and much more. There are also sport activities such as kickboxing, self-defense, and ecstatic dance.

Do you like a challenge? Then you can join the Scavenger Hunt through Rotterdam. If you feel like taking it easy, you can participate in mindfulness session, walk in the Kralingse Bos, or enjoy a picnic with games. You can also choose to participate online in a Demolition Derby of the campus or engage in conversation about loneliness to break taboos about wellbeing.

In addition to all the activities, you can visit the Pop-Up Living Room at Erasmus Plaza (across the food court) every day, where you can play games, relax and meet in the relaxation area, or get information. When the weather is nice, you can plump down on the beanbags in front of the LivingRoom and enjoy the sun. Would you rather not sit still? Then come play a game of pool or air hockey! All activities are free of charge; in some cases, registration is required.
