Over 150 students and staff were present in the Pavilion auditorium on Monday for the Executive Board\u2019s meeting on the war in Gaza. The audience voiced their displeasure with the Board\u2019s response to the war. The Board stuck to its position: it will await the results from the Advisory Committee Sensitive Collaborations before taking further steps.<\/p>\n

The audience\u2019s dissatisfaction with the Board\u2019s handling of the Palestine issue was clear from the start. From the moment rector Annelien Bredenoord, Executive Board president Ed Brinksma and vice-president Ellen van Schoten took their seats on the stage, they received critical questions and comments from attendees.<\/p>\n\n\t
