Raiffeisen, the owner of the Lucia building on Stadhuisplein, has decided to reimburse 192 euro to all (former) residents of the student complex. In two lawsuits filed by students, the judges decided that these ‘booking fees’ were unjustified.<\/p>\n

Recently, posters were hung in the building for first year Erasmus University College students mentioning \u2018Lucia Housing Refund\u2019 in a large font. The posters state that the residents are entitled to a refund of 192 euros. They also state that the refund was decided after two students \u2018sought justification for these costs\u2019. The EUC wrote it encourages students who \u2018question the status quo\u2019 and sees them as an example of \u2018critical world citizens\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\t
