If you are a lecturer seeking to make the most of your classes, where do you begin? Half a year ago, the Community for Learning and Innovation (CLI) launched the teachEUR website to help you out. Now the Community\u2019s project managers are seeking to expand the platform. They hope to nearly double the number of instructional formats on offer, starting from this week.<\/p>\n

Island-hopping, the dilemmas game, visual space \u2013 these are just a few examples of the formats that can be found on teachEUR<\/a>. \u201cIn July, we launched the site with 21 instructional formats,\u201d says CLI project manager Fem Windhorst. Even before the coronavirus outbreak, the CLI was working on an online platform where lecturers could find inspiration for instructional formats, regardless of whether they were teaching in-person, online or hybrid classes. However, due to the pandemic, the emphasis is currently on online formats. The CLI\u2019s project managers believe that lectures can be more than just streamed videos. \u201cOur site currently features 27 instructional formats. We hope to expand the number to forty or fifty this year.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\t
