Drops of sweat are running down the face of 26-year-old Marco Stolk. Using spades, he and his colleague Julian Dane, 16, lift flat stones so that they can re-pave the street between Erasmus Sport and the Hatta Building. There are at least five of them, and they are performing their duties as usual, with the same speed as usual, too.
