The WFFR is a festival that really matters. The independent films tell the current story of nature and climate. Extra important in this time of climate change. The program includes documentaries that show the beauty of nature, but also films that show the influence of man on nature.
The WFFR is not only an inspiring film festival, it is also an international competition for filmmakers. On the last day of the festival, the Flamingo Awards will be presented during a festive ceremony in various categories such as BEST FILM, GREEN IMPACT AWARD and ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR AWARD.
