This spring edition, wellbeing activities, such as the ice bath workshops and the smoothie cycles, will return to campus. Besides this, many different support systems within the EUR will be represented during the week. For example, students can join the Student Counselors for a workshop on vitality, health and resilience or walk over to the Career Advisor for a confidence boost using the STAR method. Many new events will be joining the program as well, such as gaming tournament by Erasmus E-sports and a live podcast recording on student work pressure!
