Students who started a study program from the 2015/2016 academic year on are the victims of the government’s failed loan system experiment. We want our money back because we fall between the abolition and the reintroduction of the basic grant. That is why we are sending Tikkies en masse to Mark Rutte on 24 November with our study debt.
