Dani Rodrik, Professor of International Political Economy at Harvard University, will give a lecture in which he will argue that the common mechanism behind growth miracles is industrialization. Thanks largely to growth miracles, China’s in particular, the world has experienced greater poverty reduction in recent times than ever before in economic history.
