On the 25th of April human rights lawyer Jelle Klaas will give a seminar about strategic litigation, which is unique in the Netherlands. He has addressed various human rights violations in his cases, including one against the Dutch state. At the moment he is working on the privacy aspect of the Dutch law on intelligence gathering and security (the so-called ‘Sleepwet’).
