The programme starts with a statement by Eric Wiebes, Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, in which he will reflect on the Dutch economy. At 09.30 AM, Wiebes’ speech is followed by the official CBS press conference with the first estimate of GDP and employment for Q4 and their annual figures for 2019. Right after the official press conference, the programme continues with a panel discussion on the implications of the new figures for economic growth, the labor market and government policy.
